How does BCM Engineered Solutions differ from other business consulting companies?
Coaching. Facilitation. Consulting.
Brianne is not only an engineer with the technical background of problem solving, setting up systems, & delivering simplified solutions to complex issues but she's a trained facilitator and coach. There are tons of great firms that are excellent at assessing, carrying out audits & providing binders worth of findings & recommendations. Not BCM. Others are strong project managers, technology implementers, they'll pitch software menus for business to spend away on. Not us.
We acknowledge there's a time and place to invest - there's also alot you have going really well. BCM's main goal is to help you, your comany, your people leave with 3 things:
1) A strong sense of reality - what's working, what isn't, where the bottlenecks are
2) A vision for the future - dreams, possibilities, & the potential of what could be
3) A plan forward - priorities, a phase approach, next steps, timeline(s), milestones, & action items
